Let’s look out for each other as best you can. Some ideas to help prevent this are using amazon lockers, requiring a signature for packages, or using a security system.
IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING
We board members take great pride in working with our neighbors and endeavor to assist in any way we can. It is for this reason; we amended the bylaws to allow parking on the streets. In the past, many neighbors complained about inadequate parking space in their garage or driveway. To help with this situation, we now allow parking on the street.
Vehicles parked on the street are STRICTLY AT OWNERS’ RISK. We will not be responsible for any damages to any vehicle parked on the street. Although we are facilitating you by allowing you to park on the street, we are pleading to you to use your garage and driveway and only park on the street if absolutely necessary.
Parking on the street can:
· Block other neighbor’s driveway.
· Make reversing from the driveway onto the road difficult.
· Prevent or restrict access for emergency vehicles.
· Create a safety hazard and heighten the risks of your vehicle getting hit by a vehicle that is trying to pull in at the front or at the rear of you.
We are greatly concerned with this situation as it could make it difficult for an emergency vehicle to get through the neighborhood. It is imperative that everyone cooperates as we implore you to park in your garage and driveway as much you are able to.
Please note
ALL VEHICLES PARKED ON THE STREET ARE PARKED STRICTLY AT OWNER’S RISK AND THE HOA WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO ANY VEHICLE PARKED ON THE STREET.
